What Are Quilters Blogging About Today?

Finishing up Scrap Dance Twist, I loaded it on the longarm to quilt it.  Originally, I had planned to make a full size quilt, but halfway thought the process, decided to go a bit bigger.  What I forgot was I had already purchased a lovely piece of wide backing with a nice leafy green print.  Uh, oh.

Now, it was just barely enough for the quilt, so I had two choices.  I could either buy another backing or add to the one I had.  I looked online and didn’t find anything I liked as well as this one.   More ...

Before we get started on today’s Twist, I want to say thank you to all who emailed after the storm, and asked about our ‘pets’.  I haven’t seen George, so I don’t know if he is OK.  But our little beggar has been around.  We’ve named the squirrel Oliver, as he seems to look like he is saying “please, can I have some more?”   How can I not feed a poor hungry squirrel?.
